Why are your prices cheaper than other marketing companies?

As a small owner operated business we are able to operate with much lower overheads than our competitors - we pass these savings directly on to you as we understand first hand the challenges faced by small business.

 

I have seen website design packages advertised cheaper elsewhere, what's the difference between those packages and yours?

If you have found a cheaper price elsewhere it is quite likely that it is for web design only. Web design is a very small part of what we do when we build your business a website.

Our websites are designed to attract potential new customers to your site through good search engine optimisation and then sell those customers on your business once they arrive via good sales copy and sound business marketing strategy.

A pretty website with no visitors and lousy sales copy will do very little to help you grow your business. Investing a little more money to have a website that sells your business 24/7 will pay for itself many times over.

 

I want to grow my business but I don't know where to start or what to do?

You are not alone, most of our clients felt the same way in the beginning. We recommend you begin with a business marketing analysis. This will give your marketing consultant a good idea of which marketing strategies are going to be the most cost effective to help you reach your goals.

 

Do you charge interest on your payment plans?

No, you will not be charged any interest but these plans do incur an administration charge to cover the additional costs incurred to manage these plans.

 

Do I need to show my business financials to take advantage of your easy payment plan?

No.

 

How much will I need to spend to market my business effectively?

This is like asking how long is a piece of string, but since it is asked so often we have given some broad guidelines below. Please remember that we will work with you to make the most from your budget big or small.

The average investment for a micro business / home based business / sole trader is $3000 - $7000.

The average investment for a small business with turn over below $1 million is $5000 to $12,000.

The average investment for a small business with turnover exceeding $1 million it $12,000 - $48,000.

 

Do all the business partners need to be present at the initial consultation?

Ultimately this is your decision but we strongly recommend that all business owners be present during the initial consultations so that we can be sure we are working towards targets that agreed upon by the entire group.
